Blue Manatee Literacy Project (BMLP) provides books, reading support resources and innovative literacy programs to disadvantaged young readers, their schools and families in Greater Cincinnati, focusing on ages 4-8, a critical time in literacy development where concentrated poverty presents significant barriers to success.
