Veronica Tollefson

Veronica Tollefson, Manager of Program Operations at Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio, uses her passion for community service and nonprofit work to strengthen PBPO’s outreach and operations. She actively seeks opportunities for PBPO to connect and collaborate with the nonprofit community and works with nonprofits as they apply to become our clients. Veronica also coordinates PBPO’s events and educational programming, in addition to managing various aspects of PBPO’s operations.

While she joined PBPO as Program Coordinator in 2015, Veronica  began her career in the nonprofit field over two decades ago working in refugee resettlement in Baton Rouge, LA at Catholic Charities. Since then, her work and personal volunteer experiences have ranged from HIV/AIDS education at the American Red Cross, grant-writing for Cancer Care of NJ to coordinating a canned food drive and giving tree at her children’s elementary school.

Veronica graduated from the University of Virginia and received her Master of Public Administration, with a focus on nonprofit organization management, from Seton Hall University.

Veronica has a strong belief that nonprofit organizations with solid processes in place are best able to fulfill their mission and serve our community.
