As of June 1, 2024, Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio has provided direct legal services to 385 local nonprofit organizations on over 2,920 legal matters, with an estimated value of legal services and education provided valued at more than $10.4 million.
Watch the below videos to learn a bit more about a few local organizations and how PBPO, through our attorney volunteers, is helping them to better fulfill their missions.
“PBPO has been an incredible gift to Our Daily Bread and to our entire nonprofit community. We were faced with the daunting task of revising and updating our HR policies, yet no one in our agency had the time or experience to do this. The irony with our outdated policies was that every time an issue came up, it cost us more time (and headaches) resolving the issue than the time that it took to work with PBPO and do it right in the first place. PBPO connected us with [an attorney volunteer] who used his years of experience to set us on the right track in a matter of hours. Now our staff is all on the same page and we can put our time back where it belongs – on our mission!”

“PBPO has been critical in the past year in helping us develop a solid structure on which we can now stand. PBPO allowed us to continue to place funding priority on programming while developing strong policies, procedures and contracts that will help us maintain our quality of services in the future!”
– Melodic Connections
“I am truly grateful for the support Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio provides. With the support of your organization we effectively moved CityHeart from a church outreach to a well-established 501(c)3. We will be able to effectively support our mission and purpose of caring for those who are less fortunate with the confidence that we are legally aligned to best practices.”

PBPO REPRESENTATIVE CLIENTS
I implemented the design but the client names became too hard to read so I went back to a bulleted list. I also found the 3 column bulleted list looked better.
